Using your planner

Arrange

Drag to the left edge of a photo to insert. Drop in the center to swap. On a phone, press and hold to drag.

Edit a post

Click a photo to preview it, add a caption or choose a date. Dates are planning notes; the planner does not post to Instagram.

Select several

Use the check button on a photo, or Ctrl/Cmd-click. Move or remove the selection together. Escape clears it.

Keyboard

Tab to a photo and press Enter to open it. Use Alt + arrow keys to move it. Ctrl/Cmd + Z undoes a change.

Keep your work

Changes stay in this browser. Save layout downloads a backup, including imported photos. Add that file to restore it on another device.

Export

Export posts saves a ZIP in feed order. Full-size photos are used when available. The export lists any smaller previews.

The included photos are approved demo samples. Add your own photos to try the planner. They stay in this browser.
